Dungeness Crab sections are our most popular product. Meaty, sweet and already cooked — just steam them through and serve with butter. Also available whole if you prefer the full presentation.
- 2 lbs Dungeness Crab sections or clusters, thawed
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Lemon, halved
- to taste Flaky sea salt
- handful Fresh parsley

Melt butter
Melt butter in a wide skillet over medium heat until foaming.

Add garlic
Add minced garlic and cook 60 seconds until fragrant.

Steam sections
Add crab sections, cover and steam 5-6 minutes until heated through.

Finish
Squeeze lemon over, scatter parsley and sea salt. Serve immediately.
Sections and clusters are already cooked — you are only reheating. Do not exceed 6 minutes or the meat becomes tough.
