King Crab is already cooked when it arrives. Your only job is to warm it through, infuse it with garlic butter, and serve it immediately. The entire technique is in restraint — don't overcook, don't overseason, don't rush. Fifteen minutes from frozen to table.
- 2 lbs King Crab legs, thawed
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Lemon, halved
- handful Fresh flat-leaf parsley
- to taste Flaky sea salt

Melt the butter
Place a wide skillet over medium heat. Add butter until it foams.

Add garlic
Cook garlic 60 seconds until fragrant. Do not burn.

Steam the crab
Add crab legs, cover and steam 5-6 minutes turning once.

Finish and serve
Squeeze lemon, scatter parsley, add sea salt. Serve immediately.
The crab is already cooked — you are only heating and flavoring it. Six minutes maximum. When in doubt pull it earlier.
